Solaris LLC d/b/a Banana Options (“we”) describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our websites, applications, and Discord integrations (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Account data: Discord profile identifiers, username, avatar URL, and email when provided by Discord OAuth or checkout.
• Billing data: Subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers (payment card data is processed by Stripe, not stored by us).
• Usage data: Logs, device/browser type, IP address, and feature usage for security and operations.
• Communications: Support messages and optional newsletter opt-in.
• User content: Staff-authored posts, portfolio data you view, and workspace preferences stored locally or on our servers.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, send optional marketing (with consent), prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers (e.g., hosting, Stripe, Discord, email delivery) under contracts, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use session cookies for login and may use local storage for UI preferences (e.g., workspace layouts, disclaimer acknowledgments).

5. Retention

We retain data as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in messages.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18.

9. International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you consent to processing in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on the Service.
